A 53 year-old homeless man is brought into the ED after being found passed out on a city bench.

| Additional HPI | Though he is disoriented, his initial focal neurologic exam is relatively normal. Due to the lack of focal findings , the doctors in the ED are concerned that his symptoms could be due to hypoglycemia and immediately administer IV dextrose. 30 minutes later, he is no longer able to track your finger with his eyes and is becoming increasingly unresponsive. |
