A 4-day old male newborn is experiencing vomiting, lethargy, poor feeding, and seizures.

| Additional HPI | This is the parents’ first child and the pregnancy was normal with no obvious problems. The baby has not been feeding and is hypotonic with difficulty rousing. Seizures began on day 3 and seem to have worsened. |
